^{Class types: You can include all your regular classes on your timetable, and are even able to assign different values to them that are taken into consideration in attendance records and sessional fees. For instance a 30-minute class you may consider worth only half a regular class so can assign it that value.}

^{Special events: Camps or seminars can also be entered. These one off events will appear only on the specified day, you can add students in advance to these to record numbers or payments. And assign additional weight to them, a week long summer camp may count as 10 classes, it's all up to you.}

^{Multiple locations: Many instructors have schools or run classes at more than one location. Club Administrator will cater for multiple locations. You can even assign different floors in the one building as different locations if you need to have separate entry facilities. Again, it's all up to you.}
