With Club Administrator you can choose the fee structure you wish to use.

All the following fee types are supported.

	Monthly fees, regular training fees due monthly.
	Periodic fees, have fees falling due at 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 month or any other interval you choose, weekly, fortnightly 28 days ... are also supported.
	Annual fees, have a separate fee that falls due each year.
	Sessional fees, students pay as they train, have a mix of sessional and other fees and you will be alerted when you enter sessional students to train.
	Registration or introductory lesson fees, these or any other once off fee can be collected and recorded against student as a sales.
	Affiliation fees, record, track and manage affiliation fees.
	Contracts, you are able to set up contracts for whatever period you choose with Dojo Administrator.
	External collection, both contracts and monthly or periodic fees can be entered in bulk or with the latest automatic update facility.

Mix & Match, use one fee type or more than one the choice is yours create and use as many different fee structures as you require ALL AT ONCE.

Receipt formats can be adjusted according to regulations pertaining to country:
